Aerobics Class Schedule

Group Exercise Descriptions

Group exercise classes are held 7 days a week. We offer a variety of classes at different times of the day to give the participant an opportunity to attend as often as desired.

Warm-up and cool-down stretches are part of each class. Variations and modifications are shown in all classes.

ABS /BACK Designed to strengthen and tone both anterior and posterior mid section. Improves posture and lower back stress. All levels

AEROBICS  High-energy, high-impact Cardio workout designed to elevate the heart rate and burn body fat. All levels of fitness welcomed.

BODY SCULPT  Total body toning and muscle strengthening class that uses hand weights, body bars, and tubing to add intensity and variety to your workout.  Great for all fitness levels.

BOOT CAMP  Heart Pumping Cardio Drills! Full body muscle conditioning! High paced outdoor workout using only your body weight and a few fitness toys. Each class brings fresh creative exercises that help break thru fitness plateaus, while enjoying a positive, social, non-intimidating environment. All levels.

CARDIO KICKBOX  Combines punches, kicks and high-energy Cardio intervals making this workout one of the most intense fat-burning, body-toning classes around! This is an intermediate to advanced level workout.

 CARDIO-SCULPT  Cardio-conditioning class with modified rhythmic movements to elevate heart rate intermixed with strength-conditioning segments that enhance muscle tone & endurance. All levels of fitness!

HI/LOW aerobics Fun-filled, energetic Cardio-conditioning workout suited for all fitness levels.

INTENSE INTERVALS  This one hour class combines an energetic Cardio class with strength training. You'll burn fat during the Cardio interval and increase your metabolism and your endurance with resistance training. Get a total body workout with this fast-paced class that is anything but boring! Intermediate/Advanced

 M.E.L.T.™ Myofascial Energetic Length Technique: A must for every human body. Did you know your Myofascial or connective tissue plays a crucial role in maintaining the function, and integrity of all your joints? Join us for this ground breaking technique which will improve posture and muscle hydration using specialized foam rollers.

PILATES Developed by Joseph Pilates, this innovative Mind/body system teaches body awareness by learning how to gain access your "power house" (core) to improve your posture, strengthen your core and ultimately change the shape of your body by bringing it into better alignment.

STABILITY BALL  Focus on balance, control, stability, and strength as you move through a fuller range of motion on a comfortable “weight bench”. Especially strengthens and sculpts the abs while isolating every muscle group of the entire body. Great for all fitness levels.

STEP  High-intensity aerobic workout involving stepping on and off a platform from every direction. Another great fat-burning workout! This is an intermediate to advanced level workout.

STEP INTERVAL   High-intensity Cardio conditioning; muscle toning workout involving stepping on and off a platform intermixed with strength and body sculpting intervals. This one really keeps you moving. This is an intermediate to advanced level workout.

YOGA class begins with gentle rhythmic body warming movements and offers modified yoga posture options that allow you to move gently into your body’s own range of motion. Connects breath with movement, clams the mind, relaxes and rejuvenates the entire body.  Great for all fitness levels.

ASHTANGA YOGA This method involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures, a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse  purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs, leading to better circulation , a light and strong body and a calm mind. Prior yoga exp. recommended

VINYASA FLOW YOGA Sequenced dynamic yoga postures with specific focus on the breath. Flow through the postures to bring peace, awareness and power to your practice. Prior yoga exp recommended.

ZUMBA   Dance workout that will move you to Latin music and dance styles: Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Samba, Reggaeton & Hip hop. Everyone can move & groove to the rhythm .  Great for all fitness levels.

ZUMBA +    A fun dance workout featuring a fusion of Latin and World Culture Dancing including Irish and Belly Dancing. A must for the dance enthusiast!!!  All welcome!
